Though you will have access to other team members on the Selection side, as a vested partner there will always be one point of contact available to you at any time of the day. We understand our industry operates outside of traditional working hours, and therefore allow for much flexibility in dedicated communications to tend to any immediate concern or need.

Pro-active and Thorough Dispatch System

For the duration of each working day, our dispatch team remains attentive to each event and shift scheduled. Should anything arise that differentiates from the original scheduled roster (i.e. traffic delays etc), each team leader or client point of contact is notified immediately. Likewise should there be any last minute issues that arise, our dispatch team will come up with a swift plan of action to remedy any situation.

The name Selection Group was appointed with intention. Our network of professionals are given one-on-one attention to discern if their attitude, character and experience matches up to the standards at Selection Group. Each candidate that applies is tested to their capabilities within each applicable role. Once selected to join into our network of opportunities, each professional continues to be reviewed and rated with scrutiny by Selection leadership. Once there is an understanding of what each partner values and expects from a professional, a preferred staffing list will be curated based on feedback given and internal look-a-like targeting within the network.
